Method of Payment: We accept VISA and MASTERCARD or you can pay with any major credit card using Paypal or your Paypal available balance
Shipping. At UniqueHomeStyle.com we strive to provide a positive on-line experience: - Order Cancellations: Orders are processed almost immediately upon receipt. Our ability to accept cancellations will depend upon the timing of your request. As such we request that cancellation requests be emailed to: support@uniquehomestyle.com within 30-45 minutes of placing the order. After this time we cannot guarantee cancellation of the order. It must process, be delivered and then returned (Please see our Return Policy below).
- Shipping Time: The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. However, most items normally leave the warehouse within 2-5 business days after the order has been placed. Any exceptions will be stated in the description of the item.
- Estimated Delivery Time: May vary depending upon time of year, but usually delivered within 5 - 10 business days. Large items and custom made items normally leave the warehouse within 3-10 business days; however, certain larger items may take up to 1-6 weeks for delivery.
- Out of Stock: Occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock and you will be alerted to any shipping delay.
- Delivery Locations: At this time, delivery is limited to the Continental USA . No deliveries available to: Alaska, Hawaii or any post office addresses.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using Ground Service where possible. In addition, some items may be shipped directly from the supplier to customers and may include their name and address on the shipping box and advertisements in the box.
Damaged Shipments. All items have been carefully inspected prior to being shipped and will leave our store in perfect condition. We make every effort to pack your order in the most protected manner possible. However, there are certain issues that cannot be prevented while in transit. In the event that you receive a damaged or broken item, please notify support@uniquehomestyle.com immediately for further instructions. All original packaging materials and paperwork must be readily available to process claim. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier. We will then contact you to replace the item or issue a credit. Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email us at: support@uniquehomestyle.com for instructions. Do not return products to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must first receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. No packages will be accepted without a RMA number written clearly on the package.
Returns/Exchanges/Return of Merchandise Authorization Policy (RMA). We want you to feel completely comfortable when you order products from UniqueHomeStyle.com and hope to meet your expected quality standards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 20 days of the shipping date. All items must be returned in original packaging and condition. Our staff must authorize Returns/exchanges and items will not be accepted without the RMA number. Please follow these easy instructions: - Please email us at support@uniquehomestyle.com or call 1-845-360-5144 immediately upon delivery but no later than 5 days from the shipping date to request an RMA number.
- Once the request is received it can take up to 4 business days to process the return label.
- Please include your name, the product name and the reason for the return inside the return packaging.
- Please boldly mark the RMA number on the outside return packaging; without the RMA number we will be unable to process the return.
- The item must be returned and in the warehouse within 20 days of the shipping date in the original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense unless the item is defective or damaged. An inspection of the item will be made at the warehouse to determine the validity of the claim.
- Returns for other than damage or missing parts may incur a $10.00 restocking fee.
- COD deliveries not accepted.
- We are unable to process partial returns; therefore, all return items must include all paper work and anything else that was shipped with the item. If the item shows signs of wear/use then you may be subject to only a partial refund and/or charges for return shipping and possibly the original shipping fees.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should: - Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Write the Return Merchandise Authorization number clearly on the box or package.
- Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We cannot be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
Merchandise Refunds: We will process your return promptly upon receipt in our warehouse; however it could take up to 10 days to process the refund or exchange. In addition, banks often take one to two billing periods before refunds appear on your credit card statement. Your merchandise refund will be credited back to the same credit card used to make your original purchase.
Return Shipping Cost Refund: We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all shipping charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
